SRA board member

Claudio Pollack is an independent consultant advising on policy and advocacy in regulated industries, with particular focus on consumer engagement and protection, inclusion and vulnerability, and on competition policy.

As well as sitting on the Board of the SRA, Claudio is the independent non-executive chair of the One Touch Switching Company (TOTSCo) and is an independent non-executive director on the board of Open Banking Limited. He is also a member of the Office of Rail and Road consumer expert panel.

Prior to this, Claudio spent over a decade at telecommunications regulator Ofcom and, before that was part of the team at Cable and Wireless which successfully advocated for measures to tackle obstacles to competition in the telecommunications sector.
