The Tribunal has certified that there is a case to answer in respect of allegations which are or include that, whilst in practice as a Solicitor at Goldmark Legal Services Ltd:
Between March 2022 and November 2022, he failed to comply with court orders which led to costs orders being made against the firm and the claim being struck out.
On 24 November 2022 during a court hearing, he provided answers during cross examination which were inaccurate and or misleading.
Between February 2023 and July 2024 he provided the SRA with inaccurate and or misleading information during its investigation.
The allegations are subject to a Hearing before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and are as yet unproven.
